Our beneficiaries under the poultry project undertake regular meetings scheduled for every
Sunday at 4pm (EAT). In these meetings, they deliberate on the progress of their poultry
project, the challenges they face, and opportunities for growth. The project coordinator, from
time to time, attends these meetings for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
